Great location. Lovely historical building. Very clean everywhere. Comfortable room. Minibar, free Laptop safe, Valet stand, en-suite bathroom and Tea and Coffee making facilities in our Executive room. Wonderful value breakfast buffet. Large selection of sweet and savoury items. Homemade pastries. Delightful staff throughout the hotel. Fantastic value for money for an excellent 3 star hotel close to shops, bars, restaurants,Theatres, Hop On bus, Airport Shuttle bus, supermarket, historical sights and markets. highly recommended.

Hotel Tonic accommodated the mobility limitations of my 94-year old friend. Our ground floor room was big and comfortable, with lovely high ceiling. Breakfast was very good. The staff were excellent. Location was very good; near Teatro Massimo. All nice and clean.

Professionality of staff, cleanliness. We arrived after midnight and we were greeted in a friendly manner. You feel immediately that the hotel management and staff care about quality. Also, the hotel has a pleasant and nicely renovated lounge with an electronic whiteboard for business discussions. If all entrepreneurs in Palermo were like the owners of Tonic, Palermo would be a paradise city.

1. Spacious room 2. The location, 10 min walking to the popular area, 20 min walking to the palace. Though not right at the center, it quarantees a quiet night to sleep.

very comfortable, clean, quiet room. staff was very welcoming and helpful with restaurant suggestions. close enough to historic district that we could walk everywhere we wanted. Hotel is about 20 walk from main train station.

The Location is perfect. You can reach easily wherever you want. Staff were fantastic. Breakfast was very good.

The place is at good location, we have walked everywhere in Palermo. The staff is friendly. Room was big enough and it has small balcony so that you can dry your clothes after swimming. I definitely recommend the hotel people.
