Location was excellent for our purposes. Room was large and clean. Breakfast (when we had it) was more than adequate. Staff were nice and helpful.

Located in a strategic position within walking distance of most of the city's attractions, hotel Tonic offers good comfort and excellent value for money. It is a true 3-star hotel. I stayed in this hotel for the second time for 4 days and found the same welcoming people at the reception, a large and quiet room, a confortable bed and a good and varied continental breakfast.

The staff was helpful and courteous, we really enjoyed our stay here. They accommodated to every personalization and wishes that we needed. It was quiet and the soundproof of the walls seemed nice. The breakfast offer was great as well, truly a nice price point met with a high quality. The location is perfect for sightseeing and shopping as well. Would come back again.

Hotel location was fantastic! The rooms were a good size and very clean. The bed was big and comfy. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel is amazing value for money. The WiFi also worked perfect.

The hotel was very close to the city centre, but on a side street and so it was surprisingly quiet. The windows had great sound isolation. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was really good value for money.

Great location. Lovely historical building. Very clean everywhere. Comfortable room. Minibar, free Laptop safe, Valet stand, en-suite bathroom and Tea and Coffee making facilities in our Executive room. Wonderful value breakfast buffet. Large selection of sweet and savoury items. Homemade pastries. Delightful staff throughout the hotel. Fantastic value for money for an excellent 3 star hotel close to shops, bars, restaurants,Theatres, Hop On bus, Airport Shuttle bus, supermarket, historical sights and markets. highly recommended.

VERY LARGE ROOM , OLD FASHIONED SICILIAN DECOR ,ATMOSPHERIC WITH STREET VIEW 2 SIDES BUT STILL RELATIVELY QUITE AT NIGHT . IT WAS IN WALKING DISTANCE OF ALMOST ALL THE HISTORIC BUILDINGS AND RAIL STATION SO EXCELLENT LOCATION .
